Huddersfield are in the top 10 universities in England for teaching excellence and are the first UK university with all teaching staff as Fellows of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) which ensures our students are taught by highly qualified teaching staff. The university have over 90 Professors with leading research, academic and publications.

Huddersfield town
The University is located close to the centre of the thriving West Yorkshire town of Huddersfield. The town has an extensive range of new retail and social developments with many new shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Near to areas of outstanding natural beauty and within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales, the Peak District and the major urban centres of Leeds and Manchester. International Study Centre
The International Study Centre (ISC), based in the heart of the campus, provides degree preparation courses for international students who do not meet the requirements for direct entry to the University. Combining academic modules, study skills and English language training, the programmes qualify students to meet the challenges of undergraduate and postgraduate degree-level study at the University.
