2. Legal Representative Contact
A Memo of Sale is issued to you or your legal representative. If using a pre-approved legal representative, they will be in touch to introduce themselves and request any information.

3. Contracts Issued
Contracts will be drafted by RoyaleResorts' legal representative and issued for review.

4. Review Contracts
You will now have the opportunity to review the documentation and discuss any questions you may have regarding the purchase contract pack.

5. Sign & Return Contracts
Once you are satisfied with the documentation, contracts can be signed and exchanged with a deposit paid.

6. Lodge Manufacture and Delivery
A completion date is provided on exchange and your new lodge is constructed off-site in accordance with the high quality specifications.

7. Delivery & Installation
Your lodge is delivered and installed on site by RoyaleResorts' specialist contractors.

8. Completion
Once the lodge is in situ, completion funds will be required to complete your purchase.
